Established for over 25 years, we work predominantly in the remedial construction industry.

We have all the necessary skills and experience to assess, recommend and apply treatments to rectify problems associated with older properties. Building surveys are carried out by one of the partners who is qualified to CSRT standards (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments).

We are a family run company, working equally well as the main contractor or as sub-contractor to a building company or site agent. We regularly work with local authorities, and both private and commercial clients of varying sizes. We work on a wide variety of buildings across the Ridings, providing detailed reports with recommendations and estimates if required, focussing on the problems that you are experiencing on your project.

Unlike some, we do not but our remedial chemicals and materials from the cheapest sources at the time. All remedial materials are supplied direct to us by The Wykamol Group, the leading remedial supply company in the UK. Our association extends back over 20 years, with all the back up that such a company provides for both us, as the user of the treatments, and you the client.
